Individual therapy is a space to slow down, get curious, and make room for the parts of yourself that may not have had much room elsewhere. Together, we can explore your relationships, identity, sexuality, grief, substance use, or the harder-to-name feeling that something in your life just isn’t fitting anymore. Our work is deeply relational—we’ll build a real, trusting connection where you can show up without having to perform, edit yourself, or have it all figured out. There is room here for depth and vulnerability, but also humor, messiness, and being human.

“Get in lover, we’re going healing.”
Relationships can bring out some of the most tender, and sometimes maddening, parts of us. You may love each other deeply and still find yourselves having the same fight, missing each other when you’re trying to connect, or wondering how you got to be so far apart. Sometimes the work is about rebuilding trust or intimacy; other times, it’s about navigating change, sexuality, substance use, grief, or figuring out what you each need from the relationship now.
I won’t be the referee keeping score of who’s right. Instead, we’ll get closer to the steps that keep pulling you into the same dance and make room for greater honesty, vulnerability, accountability, and repair.

Recovery coaching offers practical, nonjudgmental support as you navigate the process of getting clearer about your relationship to substances. We can work together to identify what supports your recovery, strengthen connection and accountability, navigate relationships and triggers, and build a life that actually feels worth showing up for. There is no expectation that your recovery look a particular way; we’ll focus on what is meaningful, sustainable, and authentic for you whether you're leaning more towards harm reduction or abstinence.

With over a decade of experience in substance use assessment and treatment, I approach evaluations with curiosity and respect, and without judgment. We’ll take an honest look at your relationship with substances throughout your life and work to gain an understanding of what your goals and needs are. From there, I’ll offer clear, individualized recommendations and help you understand and decide what your next steps could look like.
